Для соответствия предъявляемым требованиям, необходимо обратить особое внимание на следующие моменты.
Резюме (не менее ½ страницы)
1.Резюме должно представлять собой краткий обзор проведенных мероприятий. Не следует при этом давать характеристику отдельным главам (т.е. в главе 1 мы сделали …, глава 2 посвящена …, и т.д.), но необходимо отметить, например, “было проведено исследование относительно возможности введения товара X …. В результате….”.
2.Не забудьте дать пояснения почему вы, как консалтинговое агентство, дали компании рекомендации выходить либо не выходить на Российский рынок с данным брендом.
Введение (не менее ½ страницы)
1.Вводная часть отчета.
2.Название компании, которая обратилась к вам за рекомендациями.
3.Четко определить сферу ваших исследований (ваше исследование касается только рекомендаций относительно Российского рынка).

2.История консалтингового агентства (т.е. основано в … , наша цель … , сотрудники и их позиции, и т.д.). Попытайтесь продать себя тому, кто читает ваш отчет.
3.Какой подход вы используете в своей деятельности?
Глава 2: Компания P & G (3 -4 страницы)
1.История компании P & G (не копировать литературу, а передать наиболее значимую информацию своими словами).
2.Международная и внутренняя деятельность компании P & G.
3.Краткое описание главных конкурентов компании.
4.Портфель продукции компании P & G.
Глава 3: Российский рынок (5 – 7 страниц)
1.Описание бренда, который компания собирается реализовывать.
2.Экономические / демографические характеристики (численность населения, количество домашних хозяйств, возрастная структура населения, занятость, доход).
3.Сегментация Российского рынка и ее аргументация.
4.Конкуренты и товары-заменители.
5.Позиционирование предлагаемого бренда.
Глава 4: Рекомендации (не менее 1 страницы)
Вы должны предоставить компании P & G обоснованный вывод, относительно возможности реализации их продукта на Российском рынке. Ваши рекомендации (стоит выходить на рынок или нет) не должны удивлять читающего, т.к. они должны вытекать из всех предыдущих глав.
Дополнение: все графики, схемы, финансовые данные должны быть представлены только в конце отчета.

Изучение данной части дисциплины заканчивается зачетом, который проводится в устной форме по билетам в течение 80 мин. На экзамен выносятся теоретические вопросы по всем изученным темам.
