Abstract
This research project investigates problem of business planning for a new venture. The analysis and business plan are made for the management consulting company. This consulting project is led by three former master students and entrepreneurs, including the author of this Thesis. The core service of the new venture is marketing management consulting and supportive services are financial, human resource and information technologies management consulting.
This Thesis accumulates knowledge about entrepreneurship, organizational development and consulting business. The knowledge results in developing marketing and business plan of the new company. The Thesis includes research of Russian consulting market and sets strategic objectives for the entrepreneurial team. It composes the marketing mix of the new management consulting company.
Final part of the Thesis includes financial plan of the new venture. Financial statements and business ratios of the new company are also calculated.
