THE EVALUATION OF SOME FACTORS OF SOCIAL PERCEPTION OF PUBLIC POLICIES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
OF THE NORTHERN REGION
Abstract. The article contains some results of sociological investigation, which are characterizing the relation of the population of Murmansk region to regional social and economic policy. The sociological information reflecting a standard of living of the population is generalized. The structure of social perception of social and economic and political processes in Murmansk region is shown.

COASTAL FISHERIES IN THE ECONOMY
OF THE MURMANSK REGION
Annotation. In the article the crying problems of development and regulation of coastal trade in Murman since the beginning of the 90’s of past century are examined. Its influence on the quantitative and structural changes in the composition coast fishprocessing is shown. Are proposed measures facilitating an increase in unloadings of the cooled raw material, directed toward an increase in the job load coast enterprises, to an increase in the budgetary effectiveness of entire fishery complex of region.

THE IMAGE OF THE NORTH IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE REGIONAL IDENTITY OF THE POPULATION OF THE ARKHANGELSK REGION
Abstract. At the present time North and Arctic Region have a profound interest of scientific community but the problem of northern identity of person is understudied. This article represents result of investigation of northern identity of inhabitants of the northern village. Importance of investigation: to increase information about northern identity of people and draw attention to social problems of north.
