1.Capital punishment is the execution of a human being for crimes which can range from political offences to robbery. The most common methods of execution are hanging and the electric chair. Some of the countries which have it: the USA, Japan, Iran, Iraq etc. Some of the countries which do not have it: Austria, Denmark, France.
