"Меня засыпали вопросами, можно ли подтверждать заезд гостей с 1 июля, — делится своими заботами Эвелина Руснак, замдиректора крымского туроператора. — Я пока не знаю, что ответить".

Она отмечает, что датой возможного открытия Крыма для туристов называли и 1 июня, но этого не произошло, в итоге за массовым бронированием пошли такие же массовые отказы.

"У нас ситуация качелей — в конце мая клиенты начали активно аннулировать туры, причем не только на июнь, но и на август и сентябрь. Никто не знал, что делать, — объясняет эксперт. — Но при этом мы видим и новые бронирования".

По мнению Эвелины Руснак, большого числа отдыхающих не будет, пока не снимут ограничительные меры в стране: "Каждый хочет понимать, что ситуация нормализовалась и за свои деньги он получит полноценный сервис".

Также она напомнила, что сами крымчане отдыхают на полуострове в основном не в высокий сезон.

С цветами и караваями

По соседству, на Кубани, туристический сезон длится уже десять дней. "Мы были готовы к трудностям. Открылись свободно, проверок, которые нарушали бы производственный процесс, не было. Да, приходили полиция, Росгвардия, но без последствий и предписаний", — рассказывает Инна Чулкова, коммерческий директор компании, все семь санаторно-курортных объектов которой в регионе уже работают.

Она уточняет, что отказы от бронирования были, но сейчас здравницы заполнены на 30-50 процентов. Первых туристов встречали с подарками, цветами, караваями и благодарностью за то, что не побоялись приехать.

"Мы создали памятку для гостей, кроме того, всех обзваниваем, говорим, какие есть ограничения, выясняем, готовы ли они к ним", — добавляет Чулкова. Например, погулять по городу пока нельзя, бассейны не работают, пляжи до последнего времени были закрыты.

По словам Светланы Балаевой, министра курортов, туризма и олимпийского наследия Краснодарского края, они открываются постепенно, 22 — в Сочи и шесть — в Анапе (данные на 10 июня). Нужно получать разрешительные документы от Роспотребнадзора, Государственной инспекции по маломерным судам.

Киносеанс на пятерых

В одном из крупнейших санаториев черноморского побережья также рассказали, что обзванивают клиентов перед приездом. Это нужно в том числе и для того, чтобы организовать трансфер.

Кроме того, туристы с некорректными результатами анализов (например, устаревшими из-за слишком долгой дороги или если вместо ПЦР-диагностики был сделан тест на антитела) могут пройти повторную проверку на месте. "После тестирования отдыхающие два дня находятся в изоляции, а потом мы переводим их в основной корпус," — рассказал директор санатория Валерий Усачев.

Это здание пока единственное из четырех принимает гостей, здесь сейчас 260 человек, чуть менее четверти возможного.

"Масочный режим у нас обязателен лишь для сотрудников, клиенты экипируются на свое усмотрение, — рассказал руководитель здравницы. — Во всех общественных зонах есть рециркуляторы, дезинфицирующие воздух и поверхности. Медицинские услуги — по расписанию".

Недавно тут даже состоялся первый киносеанс: в зале на 250 мест сидели пять зрителей.

Кафе, веранды, пляжи

По словам Светланы Балаевой, уже открыты 93 из 201 санатория. Другие постепенно подключаются. Посетителей ждут летние веранды кафе, набережные.

Сегодня состоится заседание штаба под председательством главы региона. В туротрасли надеются на дальнейшее смягчение карантинного режима.

“Since June 15, sanatoriums facilities are available to Crimeans and residents of Sevastopol. It is assumed that guests from other regions will be able to come to us from July 1, but this depends on the situation with the coronavirus,” said Igor Kotlyar, First Deputy Minister of resorts and tourism of the Republic.

The peninsula is optimistic. According to the Deputy Minister, both sanatoriums and hotels are ready to receive vacationers from all over Russia. However, in the sanatoriums need to provide proof of a negative test result for SARS-CoV-2. It is not necessary to check into the hotel. However, in both cases, the COVID-19 study is conducted weekly by staff. By the way, this is one of the most expensive items in the expenses of the host party.

According to Kotlyar, 440 beaches of the peninsula, which are managed by sanatoriums and hotels, are now being improved. Organizations responsible for their content receive permits. These sections of shoreline will open, presumably, on July 1, and wild beaches are available now. At the same time, tourists are allowed to leave the territory of sanatoriums and hotels.

There is a tourist flow, but it is a «swing»

“I was bombarded with questions about whether it is possible to confirm the arrival of guests from July 1 — Evelina Rusnak, Deputy Director of the Crimean tour operator, shares her concerns. — I don't know what to say yet.”

She notes that June 1 was also called the date of the possible opening of Crimea for tourists, but this did not happen, as a result, mass booking was followed by the same mass refusals.

“We have a situation of swings — at the end of May, clients began to actively cancel tours, not only for June, but also for August and September. No one knew what to do — the expert explains. — But we also see new bookings.”

According to Evelina Rusnak, there will not be a large number of vacationers until the restrictive measures in the country are lifted: “Everyone wants to understand that the situation has normalized and they will get a full service for their money.”

She also reminded that the Crimeans themselves rest on the peninsula mostly not in high season.

With flowers and loaves

Nearby, in Kuban, the tourist season lasts for ten days. “We were ready for difficulties. They opened freely, and there were no checks that would have disrupted the production process. Yes, the police and Rosgvardiya (National Guard of the Russian Federation) came, but without consequences and regulations,” says Inna Chulkova, commercial Director of the company, all seven sanatoriums of which are already working in the region.

She clarifies that there were rejections of reservations, but now the sanatoriums are filled by 30-50 percent. The first tourists were greeted with gifts, flowers, loaves and gratitude for not being afraid to come.

“We have created a memo for guests, in addition, we call everyone, tell them what restrictions are, find out if they are ready for them,” Chulkova adds. For example, you can't walk around the city yet, the pools don't work, and the beaches were closed until recently.

According to Svetlana Balayeva, the Minister of resorts, tourism and the Olympic legacy of the Krasnodar Krai, they are opening gradually, 22-in Sochi and six-in Anapa (data for June 10). You need to get permits from Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Consumers Protection), the State Inspectorate for small vessels.

Film show for five spectators

In one of the largest sanatoriums on the Black Sea coast, they also said that they call clients before they arrive. This is also necessary in order to arrange a transfer.

In addition, tourists with incorrect test results (for example, outdated due to too long a road, or if an antibody test was performed instead of Polymerase Chain Reaction ‘PCR’ diagnostics) can be re-checked on the spot. “After testing, campers are isolated for two days, and then we transfer them to the main building,” — said the Director of the sanatorium Valery Usachev.

This building is still the only one of the four that receives guests; there are now 260 people here, just under a quarter of the possible number.

“The mask mode is mandatory only for employees; clients are equipped at their own discretion” — said the head of the sanatorium. — “All public areas have recirculators that disinfect the air and surfaces. Medical services are scheduled.”

Recently, there was even the first film show: five spectators sat in a hall with 250 seats.

Cafes, verandas, beaches

According to Svetlana Balayeva, 93 out of 201 sanatoriums have already been opened. Others are gradually being connected. Summer verandas, cafes, and embankments are waiting for visitors.

Today, a meeting of the staff will be held under the chairmanship of the head of the region. The tourism industry hopes for further easing of the quarantine regime.

Правительство после 15 июля обсудит возобновление международного авиасообщения

Правительство начнет обсуждение возможного возобновления международного авиасообщения после 15 июля. Об этом в пятницу заявила на брифинге журналистам вице-премьер России Татьяна Голикова.

"Теперь то, что касается даты возможного возобновления авиационного сообщения. Мы предлагаем в качестве этой даты 15 июля 2020 года и предполагаем, что на основе переговорной позиции авиационных властей Минтранс, Росавиация будут информировать правительство Российской Федерации о том, как идут переговоры", - сказала она.

По ее словам, такое информирование будет происходить один раз в неделю или две недели.

Голикова отметила, что также правительство каждые две недели будет оценивать по трем критериям ситуацию в странах, с которыми возобновится авиасообщение. "Одновременно каждые две недели мы будем оценивать эпидемиологическую ситуацию в странах на основе тех критериев, которые я сейчас озвучила, и, естественно, будем регулировать вопросы, которые связаны со списком стран, по которым у нас возобновляется международное авиасообщение", - добавила вице-премьер.
