Brand strategy is the driving force behind any business, there is no doubt about it. Brands are what all businesses are trying to create and build on. Successful brands are a company’s most valuable asset. You see, your brand is unmistakable symbol of your products and services and to get this unmistakable symbol you need to make sure it has all characteristics of a successful brand.
First of all, it needs to be distinctive, you know, it has to stand out in the crowd, not be easily confused with competitive brands. Then, it needs to be easy to memorize, so complicated images , too many colours and sophisticated names are out.
The next thing is that the brand name must be easy to pronounce and, if possible, in several languages. Your brand also has to fit the image of the product. I mean, there is no point in coming up with a wonderful concept if it doesn’t have anything to do with the actual product.
Finally, it is important that the brand communicates the right emotional appeal to your target customer.
Once established, a successful brand will almost never let you down. Other things may change: packaging, positioning, whatever, but the brand will remain the same. Take, for instance, Chanel’s ‘No 5’ perfume. It is still the best-selling perfume in the world. Well, ‘No 5’ may have been helped a little by the famous remark from Marilyn Monroe in the 60s when she said she slept in nothing but Chanel No 5.

Before applying a decal, make sure your wall is clean and completely free of any dust. Wipe the wall with a dry cloth right before the installation to remove any dust particles.
Try not to unroll the decal until you are ready to install it. Once you unroll it, use scissors to cut the decal into pieces and orient yourself where each one goes. Once you know where the pieces go, you can proceed with the installation.
1.Wall decals are for one-time use only. Choose your ideal spot by first taping your pieces onto the wall with masking tape. Take a step back and see if you like it. Reposition if needed.
2.CENTER-HINGE. (This step will make the installation a lot easier.) To do this, run a few long strips of masking tape along the idle of the decal so that the decal only hangs on the hinge.
3.Fold the top of the decal towards you and let it hang over the hinge. Slowly remove the backing paper (solid white paper) from the transfer tape (clear tape). Do this slowly and carefully so that your decal sticks to the transfer tape only. If it is not sticking, just stop and scratch it and try again.
4.Once you peel half of the backing paper, cut it off with scissors along the centre hinge.
5.Using your hands, smooth out the transfer tape onto the wall. Spread the decals nice and straight, starting from the hinge and working outwards. It’s best to have someone to help you with this step.
6.Once you finish the first half, do the same thing to the other half.
7.When the decal is on the wall, use the squeegee to spread the decal nicely onto your wall. Do this hard with force to make sure your decal sticks properly.
8.Peel off the transfer tape. This is easy but you have to be slow and careful. When peeling it off, keep your hands as close to the wall as possible.
9.When joining pieces of the decal, make sure you do a small overlap of them. For smaller pieces you don’t need to do the hinge. Just peel it, stick it and peel away the transfer tape.
10.Voila! You’ve done it!

Cannelloni Emiliani “La Collezione d’Italia” Barilla
For the filling: 500g ricotta, 40g frozen spinach, 70g grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, ½ onion (20g) chopped, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 knob of butter, salt and pepper.
For béchamel sauce: 1.2L milk, 60g butter, 60g flour, salt and nutmeg.
Cannelloni Emiliani with Ricotta and Spinach, ready in 6 steps
1.For the béchamel, melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and all the (hot) milk. Beat over the heat with a whisk until it boils, adding salt and nutmeg to taste.
2.Cook the spinach in salted boiling water and chop roughly.
3.Brown the onion in a pan then add the spinach and ricotta and cook for the further minute, then remove from the heat and add salt, pepper and ParmigianoReggiano.
4.Fill the Canelloni Emiliani with the filling using a spoon or a piping bag.
5.Spread a layer of béchamel in a buttered dish and lay the Canelloni Emiliani on top, cover with the remaining béchamel and a sprinkling of Pamigiano-Reggiano.
6.Bake at 190° for 30 min. Remove and allow to rest for 10 min before serving.

THE APPLIANCE
This multicooker is equipped with a few multi-functions: Rice/Cereal, Pilaf/Risotto, Milk Porridge/Baby Food, Stew, Steam/Soup, Yogurt, Baking/ Desert, Fry, Keep Warm, Adjustable Timer and Preset.
When the power cord is installed into the power outlet and into the socket on the cooker base, the appliance will ring a long sound “Bi”, all the indicators on the control board will light up for an instant. Then the screen display shows « – » very soon, all the indicators will switch off. The appliance enters into a stand-by mode and you can select the menu functions as you wish.
At the end of the cooking period, the appliance will automatically switch over to keep warm which will last up to 24hours.
Using dishwashing machine is not recommended.
Do not touch the heating element when the cooker is connected or right after cooking.
Do not carry the cooker in use or just after cooking.
PREPARATION BEFORE COOKING
When cooking rice
Before cooking, measure the rice with a measuring cup and rinse it.
Put the rinsed rice into the bowl and fill it with water to the corresponding water level. (The graduation in cups.)
The water quantity can be adjusted depending on your taste.
When steam cooking
The quantity of water must be appropriate and always be lower than the steam basket bottom.
Exceeding this level may cause overflows during use.
Place the steam basket onto the bowl.
Add the ingredients into the basket.

For all functions
Carefully wipe the outside of the bowl (especially the bottom). Make sure there are no foreign residues or liquid underneath the bowl and on the heating element.
Place the bowl into the appliance making sure it is correctly positioned.
Make sure that the steam shield is correctly in position.
Close the lid in place with the sound of “click”.
Plug the power cord into the socket on the base and then plug another end of the power cord into power outlet.
Do not switch on the appliance until all the above stages have been completed.
Do not touch the heating element when the appliance is switched on.
WARNING!
Never place your hand on the steam vent during cooking as there is a danger of burns. If you wish to change the selected cooking menu because of an error, press “KEEP WARM/CANCEL” key and then re-choose the menu you want.
Only use the inner pot provided with the appliance. Do not pour water or put ingredients in the appliance without the bowl inside.

ПОДГОТОВКА К РАБОТЕ
Приготовление риса
Перед началом приготовления отмерьте необходимое количество риса, используя мерную чашку, и промойте его.
Поместите промытый рис в чашу и залейте водой до соответствующего уровня (отметки в чашках).
Количество воды можно уменьшить или увеличить в зависимости от ваших предпочтений.
Приготовление на пару
Количество воды для приготовления на пару не должно доходить до дна паровой корзины // … должно быть ниже уровня (дна) паровой корзины.
Превышение этого уровня может привести к переливанию воды во время работы мультиварки.
Поместите паровую корзину на чашу.
Положите в корзину необходимые ингредиенты.
Для всех функций
Тщательно вытирайте внешнюю поверхность чаши, особенно дно. Убедитесь в отсутствии посторонних предметов или жидкости под чашей и на поверхности нагревательного элемента.
Чаша должна быть установлена в правильном положении.
Убедитесь, что внутренняя съемная крышка («паровая заслонка») находится в правильном положении.
Закройте крышку (мультиварки) – должен быть слышен щелчок.
Вставьте шнур питания в гнездо на корпусе мультиварки , а вилку шнура – в розетку.
Не включайте прибор до выполнения всех вышеизложенных действий.
Не прикасайтесь к нагревательному элементу, когда прибор включен.
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Ни в коем случае не держите руки над отверстием для выхода пара во время приготовления пищи, так как это может привести к ожогам.
