Ecological aspect in realizing international functions of the Russian state in the Arctic

Abstract. Modern Arctic imposes higher requirements to the participants of its development. The role of environmental factors in international relations is growing.Today, there is no Arctic countries, which would not take into account the environmental dimension in the strategic plans of development in the Arctic. Russia is no exception.

Under the circumstances the main mission of the theory of state is to collate social changes in the Arctic and predict main ways of future development external and internal state functions.
